Tailored specifically for dancers over 55, this class is designed to enhance your mobility, posture, balance, coordination, and energy levels. It includes gentle warm-up routines, along with elegant and fun barre and center exercises (Please see the video below).
Ballet is not just a beautiful way to stay active—it’s also a wonderful social experience. We are a warm and welcoming group, and each week we enjoy dancing and connecting with one another. Whether you’ve danced before or not, everyone is warmly invited. Come and try this beautiful class.

Our Class Structure
The class starts with gentle warm-up routines…
Then we move to barre exercises to practice ballet fundamentals
The class continues with elegant and fun center exercises set to beautiful music
Fees: Free trials on 20 & 27 March and 3 & 10 April. You can sign up for up to 2 trials. After these dates, you can still do a trial for $10 at any time.
10-class term: $220 / Single class: $28
